VAT Risk Management webcast |
11-04-2011 |
|
This live, interactive 60-minute webinar focused on managing VAT risks for businesses that operate across borders.
VAT audits from foreign tax authorities can be costly, time consuming and stressful – and with complex and differing penalty regimes, getting the VAT wrong can be even more costly and damaging to companies. Equally, new business ventures or transactions can carry VAT risks that can significantly impact upon their profitability if not understood and proactively managed. In-house accounting teams are increasingly called upon to be responsible for global VAT risk management, but cannot necessarily be VAT experts in every jurisdiction.
