Poland announced in January 2024 a delay in the introduction of e-invoicing due to issues discovered in the eNational e-Invoicing System (KSeF) platform, at the time the Minister of Finance account that a full external audit of the system would be carried out, after which a new introduction date for e-invoicing would be announced.

On 9th February the Polish Ministry of Finance announced the schedule of consultations on legal solutions and functionalities of the mandatory National e-Invoicing System (KSeF) which will take place between 16th of February 2024 and 1st March 2024.

There will be nine meetings performed in a hybrid formula and each meeting will be dedicated to discuss a different area of the KSeF.

The purpose of the consultations is to gather opinions of various groups of entrepreneurs, industry organisations and other entities interested in the KSeF.
